I thank my mother and brother for their caring, my maternal grandmother and grandfather and family for their support, and my nephew who helped me know grace early on. I thank Mr. Fred Rogers as my surrogate father through the “Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood” television series who gave me a sense of calmness, hope, and tenderness while I was young and fatherless. I thank my spirit for loving me with all understanding and acceptance and preparing me for the journey. And in the utmost, I thank God my true father who I became fulfilled in having my happiness in mind and who never asked for any retribution for anything.
